English born, Michael Moore is one of Australia’s most experienced and respected chefs.  He is highly regarded within the food industry for his depth of knowledge, endless energy and motivation. Learning the foundations from family at an early age, Michael’s passion for food began when he was only four.

Now 25 years into a career spanning two continents, Michael has  owned and
managed numerous top restaurants both in London and Sydney; earning 

critical praise on both sides of the globe as well as a number of coveted chefs’ hats from the Sydney Morning Herald’s Good Food Guide.

Today, Michael is chef/owner of the Summit, one of Sydney's most iconic restaurants. High above the harbour, guests are treated to a 360 degree vista that takes in the entire city and beyond.

Michael is also known throughout Australia for his weekly TV 

cooking segments on Mornings with Kerri-Anne &  guest presenter of Fresh, both on Channel Nine.

Typical of his energy and passion, Michael is an established consultant to the food service industry including hotels, airlines, retailers, restaurants & corporate hospitality.  Michael is also a regular speaker & judge at industry events and accepts invites to travel the world representing Australian produce.
